These terms govern the use of the Info Services website and the request of our IT services. By using the site or requesting a service, you accept these terms.

Services

Info Services provides IT solutions and services in the Dominican Republic for local and international clients. The scope, pricing and SLAs of each service are defined per engagement and confirmed in writing before work begins.

Quotes and proposals

Quotes are valid for the period stated in the proposal and do not constitute a contractual commitment until accepted in writing. Prices may vary based on scope, location and equipment availability.

Client responsibilities

The client must provide reasonable access, information and cooperation for service execution. The client is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided and for having the necessary authorizations to share it.

Limitation of liability

Info Services is not liable for indirect or consequential damages beyond the scope of the agreed services. Our liability is limited to the value of the service rendered, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.

Intellectual property

The content of this site (text, images, logos) is owned by Info Services or its licensors and may not be reproduced without authorization. Documentation delivered to the client as part of a service belongs to the client once the service is paid for.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any dispute will be resolved before the competent courts of Santo Domingo.
